A nice and unusual camera angle showing the old Ashford Hospital at the end of Western Avenue.

This site has been earmarked for years and at the time of writing (4/15), the building has just been saved again from the bulldozer. The developer of the site wants to demolish the building, but the Council (amazingly) have refused. Good for them!

It is in a bit of a sorry state, but I am sure it could be turned into something to remember. This was the main hospital for Ashford at one time, it must be worth preserving.
